Order by 4pm ET to receive your purchase next business day
Delivery between 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday
Please note, purchases made after 4pm ET on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday
Standard: Free + tax Receive free standard delivery on all orders over $99
Delivery within five business days, for orders placed Monday to Friday
Receive your purchases between 9am-8pm, Monday to Friday
returns & exchanges
We have a “No return” policy but will “Exchange” in some situations. If you do need to exchange due to “Size or Color” we will honor that.
You have 10 days from receiving your order to:
Create your exchange or return, or, if you are a registered user, by logging into your Ce Tres Chic account
Send your purchase back to us
Items must be returned to us unused with all CE TRES CHIC tags and designer labels still attached. Returns &Exchanges that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
